We continue the topic of the degradation of domestic education and society as a whole, raised in the post How to Become a Certified Moron for 2700 UAH.
An unknown woman wrote to me with an offer to start writing student papers to order: term papers, essays, theses.
I went to see how they have it all set up. A few quotes from the site:
Our active author in technical disciplines (mostly construction and mechanics) completed 15 orders in JUNE 2014, including 4 thesis papers, 5 term papers, 2 tests, 3 drawings, and 1 set of calculation problems.
What does this productivity tell us? That the author of these works is an unemployed loser, and the quality of these works is complete shit.

The work is appealing because I like research activity, and this work is in fact exactly that.
What intellectual potential? What scientific activity? What Person? While one piece of scum is saving up money for a rusty bucket, another piece of scum is carrying the shit-thesis written by the first one to the university and will receive (rest assured, will receive!) the qualification of engineer, master’s degree holder, and so on.
As a result, the labor market is filled with completely unqualified specialists.
This week I watched the promotional video Ukraine. Open for U. In one of the segments, a young man is shown with the caption: “16,000 graduates of IT specialties every year”.
According to DOU statistics (http://jobs.dou.ua/top25/), in the period from January 2014 to January 2015 the 25 largest IT companies in Ukraine grew by 1,403 technical specialists (9% of 16,000). At the same time, as of January 2015, these 25 market leaders had announced 1,253 vacancies. So where is the remaining 91%? That is 14.5 thousand specialists. Why didn’t they fill all the vacancies? Because there is no qualification there at all. Because there is an industry, there are people who professionally work to make students enter the labor market as morons, so they can’t get jobs, so there is no one to hire, so there is no one to export IT services and products.
And the last fact for today. India has 2.7 million software engineers; there is a company there that hires 17,000 employees per quarter. (Computer World)
That’s how things are in our country.
