I go to http://cist.kture.kharkov.ua in the morning to check the schedule, and here they tell me: “ORA-20001: Your IP address has been blocked.”
What’s that about? To check the class schedule at KhNURE, do you have to go to the institute?
P. S. They unblocked it sometime around lunch.
