Speaking as a department lecturer, I’ll answer for myself: my courses “Programming Cloud Technology Services” (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) and “Programming Mobile Platforms” (Apple iPhone) are taken only by SCS students.
Of course, if you’re interested in knowledge of modern technologies that are in demand on the job market. If that doesn’t interest you, then don’t come to us; you’ll be picked on here.
